Everyone has enermies. For God to have enemy means everyone will definitely have. Satan is the enemy of God, actually, Satan doesn’t have the word love in him, he hates everyone. As far as man and God is concern, Satan doesn’t like anyone or them and therefore hates everyone. There are many enemies of man apart from Satan.
It’s a total deception to assume that Satan will like you just because you have defected to his camp. Satan cannot love; it’s impossible for Satan to love; he can only hate. There are many enemies of man, but satan is the one instigating all other enemies of man.
God is love simply also means that Satan is hate. Another word for God is love and another word for Satan is hate. So wherever or whenever you find anything that looks like Satan is loving or liking, just know that is deception, it’s rather a trap, don’t fall for it.
The bible has a clear record that the devil will never enter anywhere if not for to steal, to kill or to destroy. Note these three things very importantly. Whenever it’s like Satan is trying to show you favor, just know that he’s either trying to steal from you, trying to kill you or show you favor.
Very many funny things happening all over the world and a lot of people, even young men are subscribing to it; people that wants to get rich quick are entering into some covenant with demons to get rich for a few years, and they will agree that Satan should take their lives after five , ten or fifteen years.
The ignorance and stupidity in this nonsense is that; they assume that the whole deal will end with them, no, those demons involve will go after their children and subsequent generations.
The whole essence or purpose of the entire kingdom of darkness is to take as many people as possible to hell. Satan had vowed not to be in hell alone.
Okay, why is he making them rich for a few years? Why will he not make them rich for fifty years? Simple, so they won’t have opportunity to change their minds.
Yes, they can meet God somewhere and change their minds, and Satan will lose, after making the rich. They can get born again and be converted, and God will keep them. Of all the enemies of man, the devil is number one.
Why Satan Hates Man
The primary person that Satan hates is God, but Satan knows there’s nothing he can ever do to affect God one bit, absolutely nothing. In the first place Satan is no more in heaven, he was thrown out of heaven to earth, and Satan can never go back to heaven, no bush track to get there.
He was thrown down to earth to wait for his final judgement day. The only personality close to him is man, and God loves man.

God never threw down Satan to the earth to take over the earth from man. The earth was exclusively made for man. Secondly, after creating man in his own image, God blessed man and handed over the earth to man, then have man all the authority, dominion, power needed to rule the earth without the interference of an outsider or an intruder.
This is how Adam ruled the earth. In fact, the devil was on earth and could do nothing. Satan was under the authority and rulership of Adam; he knew he and all his demons could do nothing until Satan would be the one to give them that permission.
The only way Satan could have a say in that economy was to plan for the fall of Adam. That’s why Satan is the one who creates almost all the other enemies of man.
Therefore the presence of Satan on earth actually meant no difference, Satan would have been on earth without the notice of anybody, and it was actually like that till man disobeyed God. In other words, God didn’t expect that man would disobey him.
If man were to be disobedient, it should have been to Satan, not God, who created man.

Therefore, we are going to discuss ten deadly enemies of man and how to identify them.
All these enemies are sin; therefore, there is no need to add sin to the list. The enemies of man is the cause of great affliction to those who are ignorant of who they are in God as believers.
#1. Pride
1 John 2:16 For everything in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—comes not from the Father but from the world. Pride is very common among the enemies of man.
1 John 2:17 The world and its desires pass away, but whoever does the will of God lives forever.
#3. Fear
Fear is one of the worst enemies of man. God has warned us through many portions of the Bible to beware of fear. According to the Bible, fear causes torment. Fear is deadly; whatever you fear is bound to come to you. Anything you fear can easily overcome you. Fear is one of the causes of great affliction.
How To Drive Away Fear
Fear is the opposite of faith. Where there’s faith, there’s no fear. Fear is darkness and comes from the devil; faith is light and comes from the word of God. Darkness and light cannot dwell together. Therefore, the word of God automatically drives fear away.

Whenever you are scared of something, whenever you are afraid of anything, any moment you are frightened, these are the signs of fear.
#2. Disobedience To God
God hates disobedience. According to the bible disobedience is as a sin of witchcraft. The bible also says the disobedient shall live in dry ground. This is another deadly enemy of man. Disobedience is another of the deadly enermies of man.
Whenever you disobey the word of God, you are disobeying God, because the word of God is God. According to the Bible, God honors his word more than his name. Disobedience to God is another common one of the enemies of man.
As believers, we are children of God. There’s no father that doesn’t communicate with his son. Sometimes God gives us personal instructions on what to do, if we disobey those instructions, it may work against us. This wrong character is the enemy of many believers.
This deadly enemy strictly affect believers. If you are not born again, you are not in any relationship with God, therefore God will not communicate with you.
How To Identify The Enemy Called Disobedience
Disobedience to God comes with repercussions, things will be hard, the presence of God will withdraw. Example is taken from what happens to Jonah in the bible. Jonah disobeyed God and had to live in the belly of fish for three days.
#4. Negative Words
This is another one of the most deadly enemies of man. Negative words act as curses; they work against your fortune, the oppose the mind of God, they are opposite of the word of God.
The same way the word of God is God, the word of any man is that man, directly proportional. No man can live above his words. The quality of your life can never be above the quality of your words.
St. Matthew 15:17 “Don’t you see that whatever enters the mouth goes into the stomach and then out of the body?
St. Matthew 15:18 But the things that come out of a person’s mouth come from the heart, and these defile them.
According to the book of Matthew 15, negative Words naturally defiles a man. Anything that defiles a man will always take the man away from the presence of God.
St. Matthew 15:19 For out of the heart come evil thoughts—murder, adultery, sexual immorality, theft, false testimony, and slander.
St. Matthew 15:20 These are what defile a person; but eating with unwashed hands does not defile them.”
How To Identify Negative Words
if you are always talking negative, things will also be going negative for you. The opposite of negative is possible, whenever you are not positive in your words, you are negative.
Negative words are against the word of. Whenever you are not saying what the word of God says, you are negative in your words. Negative Words are one of the deadly enermies of man because they are against God himself.
#5. Ignorance
Ignorance is another one of the deadly enemies of man.
Hosea 4:6 my people are destroyed from lack of knowledge. “Because you have rejected knowledge, I also reject you as my priests; because you have ignored the law of your God, I also will ignore your children.
You cannot work with God without knowledge of his word. This is why God made the bible available to us. The word of God is our life manual, we make reference to it as we live.
Any believer not rich in the word of God will definitely be suffering hardship because there’s nothing we can receive from God that is not through knowledge. You must devout your life to consistent bible study as a believer
Most times we don’t receive answers to our prayers because we lack knowledge of what we need, we don’t pray according to knowledge.

Knowledge precedes understanding. When you lack understanding of things, it means you are ignorant of those things.
#6. Lust
Lust is another one of the common enemies of man.

St. Matthew 5:28 But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart.

#7. Greed
Greed is intense and selfish desire for something. It’s an excessive desire for what is not yours, most often connected to wealth, money.
Colossians 3:5 Put to death, therefore, whatever belongs to your earthly nature: sexual immorality, impurity, lust, evil desires and greed, which is idolatry.
Colossians 3:6 Because of these, the wrath of God is coming.
Colossians 3:7 You used to walk in these ways, in the life you once lived.
I didn’t include idolatry as one of the enermies of man because people that own idols have publicly declare that they don’t believe in God. They are unbelievers who purposely don’t want to associate with God.
Even God himself has no business with such people till judgement day. What we are dealing with here are things we do without being Conscious of their ripercursions. Somebody can be greedy with knowing.
The Important point to note here is that God sees greed as the sin of idolatry, which makes the consequences severe.
Colossians 3:8 But now you must also rid yourselves of all such things as these: anger, rage, malice, slander, and filthy language from your lips.

Once a desire for something has selfish interest. Greed doesn’t earn desires, greed will not want to wait for time to elapse, Greed won’t work for the need.
Generally it has always been known that Satan is the enemy of man.
#8. Ingratitude
Ingratitude is being ungrateful, unthankful, lack of appreciation. Most of these deadly enemies has to do with bad character, wrong attitude. If you are not thankful to God, he will not bless you more. The same thing with man. I you don’t appreciate people, you will not be favored.
